A WORKOUT FORMAT THAT PACKS A PUNCH

Our workouts combine a mix of punching combinations and bodyweight exercises. Our format follows the cadence of a boxing match, including periods of challenging, anaerobic bursts followed by short periods of rest. This anaerobic cadence has been proven to yield the best results and is the reason fighters make the best athletes!

Every workout starts with a quick warmup. From there, the workout follows the format of a boxing match. This includes challenging 3-minute rounds and 1-minute rests in between rounds where you cool down and take instruction from your trainer. Unique, trainer-led exercise combos keep you engaged and on your toes.
