HOW FIGHTCAMP WORKS

Set up your FightCamp with ease and get everything you need to experience cardio,
strength, and mental clarity all in one.

Setting up your Bag

Fill your FightCamp bag base with up to 350 lbs. of sand. Slide the bag top over the base and secure it with the velcro straps.

Moving your Bag

During your workout, the bag won’t go anywhere. But when you need to move it, simply tilt it to the side and roll it out of the way.

FightCamp With a TV

Seamlessly connect to your TV through HDMI. Follow the on screen prompts to get started and use your phone as a remote to choose your workout.

Even without a TV in your workout space, you can still stream the workouts by connecting to a phone, tablet or Mac.

Your FightCamp Console comes with everything you need to mount it on the wall.

Connect to wifi

Your FightCamp Console connects directly to your home WiFi. Follow on screen prompts for a quick and easy set up. Once connected, you can stream workouts without lag.

Select a workout

Use the FightCamp App to browse through our ever-growing workout library. Filter through different trainers, lengths, levels, and types to quickly find your perfect workout.

Pick up trackers

Once you select your workout, you’ll be prompted to pick up your Trackers. Slide them into your wraps and secure them in place by wrapping your wrists tightly. Throw your gloves on and get ready to give it your all!

In-Workout screen

During your workout, your stats will be displayed on the screen. Each round has a punch goal. See your progress in real-time with each punch you throw. Punch harder and faster to see your output rise. The more effort you put in, the higher your score will be.
